When will I receive my order / What are the delivery times?

In our delivery terms, you will find all the information about the delivery time.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us containing a link to the status page of your order. You can track your shipment on the status page. You will be given information on the internal progress of the order (i.e. payment received, etc.) and on the delivery (by mail). It allows you to stay up-to-date on the status of your order.

Can I pick up the cable ties I ordered from you?

Our warehouse is managed by an external logistics company, and we do not stock any products at our offices. Therefore, it is not possible for you to pick up your order directly from us.

Do you also deliver cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery involves high costs, both for you and for us. For this reason, we do not currently offer this shipping method.
