Delivery Terms - Delivery Address: Ireland

Area of application

The following delivery terms apply to private and business customer orders with place of delivery "Ireland", conditional upon other agreements.

Shipment

Shipping will be carried out from Germany. The delivery in Ireland will be carried out by An Post or by DHL.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend upon the weight of the order and the destination. You can always view total shipping costs in your shopping cart as soon as you have selected your country. Shipping will be carried out from Germany.

VAT

All shop prices include VAT. As a business outside of Germany, you will receive a tax free intracommunity delivery. In order to receive this, you must provide us with your tax-id number while placing your order.

Delivery time

Delivery time can be up to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Information regarding the calculation of the delivery deadline:
In the case of prepayment, delivery time starts the day after the bank has received your payment authorization. For all other payment methods, delivery time starts the day after signing the contract and ends on the last day of the delivery deadline. If the last day is a Saturday, Sunday or a generally recognized holiday at the place of delivery, the delivery deadlines moves to the next business day.

Payment

The order must be pre-paid. You have the following possibilities:

• Pre-payment to our account in Germany
  We will send you our account details via e-mail with the order confirmation. As soon as we have received your payment, we will dispatch your order.


• Credit/debit card (MasterCard, VISA, Maestro)
  
  
  Payment will be completed at the end of the order over a secure connection. Please note that your credit or debit card company might charge an additional international service fee since our company is located in Germany.


• PayPal
  
  
  Payment will be completed at the end of the order over a secure connection.


• Apple Pay
  
  
  You pay your order via Apple Pay. This payment option will only appear if you have already set up Apple Pay.


• Google Pay
  
  
  You pay for your order via Google Pay.

Security during payment

The PCI DSS certificate attests that qbendo.de meets the high security requirements of the payment card industry.

Minimum order

The minimum order amount is EUR 20,00 (including VAT, not including shipping costs).
